Less than 43 days away from the opening ceremony of the Pan American Games, the Uniform and Accreditation Center (UAC) started its operations this morning, becoming the first Lima 2019 venue to be activated for the largest upcoming multi-sport event in the continent. This important venue will be located in the Centro de Exposiciones y Eventos "El Vivero" at the Jockey Club.

I’m sure that we are going to meet and exceed the expectations," he said.
Meanwhile, Amalia Moreno highlighted the work of volunteers who began to help out with the Games at this venue. "I am greatly impressed with this center and the work they do for the accreditations delivery. But above all, I am amazed by the volunteers’ support. We have the support of institutions such as the Peruvian National Police for identifying all the people that will be involved in the Games. This is a milestone for the organization because we are delivering according to the schedule. We are working in an integrated way as a country, and the results will be seen on July 26, at the Games opening ceremony," said the Lima 2019 Secretary General.
Furthermore, Ángela Morales said that "a total of 42 volunteers began to collaborate with Lima 2019. They will be the heart of the Games. This Volunteers Program has been a success because we have already trained 28,000 people, 19,000 of whom will be at the Games. This will be a social legacy. They are going to feel the magic of being of inside the Games," she emphasized.
She also highlighted that the uniforms, which will be delivered to approximately 25,000 people, were made by micro and small business. "The uniforms will be the skin of the Games, and we are going to show everyone that Peru makes high-quality products," she said.
On the other hand, Susan Carhuas said that "accreditation is the result of a lot of effort. It is a dream come true. We are going to provide an Olympic-class service and we only hope that everyone joins us with optimism.”
