Milco, the Lima 2019 Games official mascot, jumped into the field and toured the four grandstands of Alejandro Villanueva stadium some minutes before the match between Alianza Lima and Universitario de Deportes, to promote the campaign to thousands of fans.George Forsyth, major of La Victoria district joined this anti-doping campaign.
The “Let’s All Play, Let’s Play True” campaign means living in a healthy environment completely away from prohibited substances, because talking about anti-doping is to talk about health protection in sports.

On April 10, we celebrated Fair Play Day worldwide and encouraged the fight against doping in sports.Therefore, the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Panam Sports and Lima 2019 launched the anti-doping course for sports physicians (Physician’s Tool Kit) in Spanish for the first time. This course will grant WADA's official certification to medical staff of the 41 participating delegations as well as to around 200 Peruvian physicians linked to sports.
Prevention is the most important concept in the Pan American and Parapan American Games. The Peruvian Anti-doping Commission (CONAD) has prepared the online course “Road to Lima 2019”, aimed at the Peruvian delegation, so they are aware of the dangers of doping and how to avoid them.
