Basketball is one of the sports that will call the attention in the Lima 2019 Pan American Games. It will be held at the Eduardo Dibos Coliseum.

THE BASKETBALL GROUPS ARE READY FOR THE LIMA 2019 GAMES

The men’s competition draw was held in Puerto Rico where the two four-team groups were defined. The group A is composed of United States which is one of the favorites teams to win the gold medal, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Venezuela. The group B is composed of Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay and Dominican Republic.

The women’s competition draw took place as well. The draw system is the same as the men’s. Basketball will be held between August 6 and 10, 2019 at the Eduardo Dibos Coliseum. The group A is composed of Puerto Rico, Paraguay, Canada and Brazil. The group B is composed of Argentina, United States, Colombia and Virgin Islands.
